How do I check my account details on your website?

Once you have logged onto the website please take a few moments to check through your account details to make sure we have the correct information.

 

  1. First check your personal details are correct on your dashboard. If they are incorrect use the edit button, enter the correct information and then click on save at the bottom of the page.
  2. Above the blue main menu tabs. You will see the following green tabs: 'Dashboard', 'My Profile', 'Child Enrolments', and 'Account Status'
  3. To check the your Child Enrolments click on the 'Child Enrolment' tab this will list each child enroled and the information we have for them.
  4. Please read the information under each header tab for each child and check it's correct. If it's incorrect please amend where possible or contact us.
